With over 20 years as a water well contractor, I have developed the most comprehensive well inspection in the region. I do a thorough productivity test and full inspection of plumbing and electric. Unlike other well drillers out there, I am also a General Contractor. I've been active in real estate for over 30 years! I know the escrow process and I know the CAR form. I do water well inspections and certifications for all types of transactions: Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, even hauled water homes! I also handle the "County Packet" if needed for a well that has dropped out of the system. Pricing includes a well "tune up" on site. My goal is to keep you moving, not flag small items and charge you for a return service call. As you know, failed inspections kill escrows and cost time and money. Nobody wants that....
